Miltos Manetas, a polyglot Greek artist, speaks the language of the Internet among many others, skillfully navigating between the real and virtual worlds.
The exhibition is a perfect blend of tradition and post-human. The audience will be actively engaged in the spaces of Banca Centropadana through various forms of language.
The large canvases painted with light, emanating from the windows of major corporations that, like him, communicate through the Internet, utilizing both real and virtual channels. A singular, extensive work fragmented into many pieces translates into images "the adventure of light in its encounter with Corporate Space," as reported by the artist himself.
Screens narrate the artist's perspective on contemporary society. Images are visible from the street, allowing passersby to participate and simultaneously bringing the exhibition to the streets of the city of Lodi. The digital station is a new and specific environment for the exhibition, a way to actively connect the audience with his work, in a continuous interplay between the real and virtual.
