Platea | Palazzo Galeano, in collaboration with the Child and Adolescent Neuropsychiatry Unit of Lodi and with the support of the Lodi Community Foundation, presents "Magic Carpet”, curated by artist Giulio Locatelli.

"Magic Carpet" is a relational art project that unfolds in a weaving workshop and a large collective happening. The activity is designed for a group of 10 adolescents aged 14 to 18, participants in psychological and/or pharmacological therapies at the UNONPIA ASST Lodi service. They will work side by side with the artist and the ASST staff to create a collective work of art, starting from a reflection on the concept of trust.

The project is funded by UNONPIA ASST, covering the expenses related to the services provided by therapists and psychologists, by the Lodi Community Foundation, which will cover the costs of tools and materials, and by the Platea | Palazzo Galeano association..

 Donors will have the opportunity to actively participate in the creation of the "Magic Carpet," attend a weaving course with Giulio Locatelli, take part in the concluding event with an exclusive formula, and receive a series of complimentary gadgets as a memento of this extraordinary experience of participatory art.
